RETURNS & SHIPPING

Enhance Returns & Exchange Policy

We are happy to offer a refund or exchange within the first 14 days of your purchase. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund or exchange of any kind. For returns, you will be liable for the cost of the return shipping. To arrange a return and/or exchange, please email info@enhance-clothing.com.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in the original packaging.

  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
     

Exchanges 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@enhance-clothing.com and we will arrange the return and exchange of your item.

 

Shipping 

We aim to process orders within 48 hours. Delivery of our in house inventory will be sent via Evri courier or Royal Mail 2nd class. Standard shipping incurs a fee of 3.99 per order, unless over £45 where free shipping applies. Please note, for our print on demand products, delivery lead times may be slightly longer.
 

Deliveries will be made usually within 5-7 working days of your order being processed. If you have not received your order after 7 working days, please email info@enhance-clothing.com
